Born in Utah, Landon began working with Red River Adventures in Moab in 2006, where he served as the lead guide until 2013. In the winters, he spent 13 seasons at Brighton Resort as a ski patroller, snow safety team member, and Wasatch Backcountry Rescue technician. During his years in Moab, he played an integral role in launching RRA’s climbing and canyoneering programs. After meeting his wife and starting a family, Landon transitioned to full-time work as a firefighter and paramedic. He always remained involved with RRA, guiding rock and helping establish the Wasatch ski program, where his decades of touring experience enable him to provide guests with the best skiing available.
