Welcome to Red River Adventures (“RRA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a trip, using our services, or accessing our website (redriveradventures.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Bookings & Payments
- All reservations require payment at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Group or custom trips may require deposits or special payment arrangements.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 8 days before the trip start date are eligible for a refund, less any processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip start date are non-refundable.
- No refunds are given for late arrivals, no-shows, or participants who leave a trip early.
- RRA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to weather, unsafe conditions, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a refund.
Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must meet minimum age, health, and fitness requirements for each activity.
- Children (ages 5–17) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise arranged.
- Participants must follow guide instructions and use provided safety equipment properly.
- RRA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Assumption of Risk
Adventure activities such as rafting, climbing, canyoneering, skiing, and international travel involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, weather changes, equipment failure, and natural hazards. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
Liability Waiver
All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of their trip. Participation is not permitted without a signed waiver.
Third-Party Services
We may partner with third-party providers (e.g., booking platforms, payment processors, lodging partners). RRA is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of these providers.
Intellectual Property
All content on redriveradventures.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Red River Adventures and may not be used without permission.
Changes to Itinerary
RRA reserves the right to modify itineraries, guides, routes, or activities due to weather, safety, permits, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
