This Beginner Splitboard Course is designed for any snowboarder that is interested in getting into the backcountry. We know that getting started can be intimidating. Choosing the gear, planning an outing, traveling, and shredding safely in avalanche terrain are all complicated. We start with an all-splitboard crew and work from the ground up to create a solid base to use for touring in the backcountry.
This camp was envisioned by John Lemnotis AMGA Splitboard guide and IFMGA mountain guide. It is built by splitboarders for splitboarders! Includes an AIARE companion rescue certification!
