Sierra grew up exploring the North Cascades, where she fell in love with skiing, backpacking, and mountain biking. Her passion for snow led her to work as a professional ski patroller at Snowbasin Resort and as a snow safety technician in New Zealand. She has guided avalanche courses, backcountry ski trips, and cat skiing in Crested Butte, and continues to create mentorship opportunities for women in the Wasatch.
