Intro to Rock Climbing Course - Rock 101

Trip Overview

Rock 101 is for climbers who want to learn the skills to climb on their own. Unlike a guided day out, this course focuses on acquiring the skills to climb on your own outdoors. This course is offered in Moab and Salt Lake City, and will build on the basic safety and movement skills you have acquired climbing occasionally or in the gym. The goal is to learn the most up-to-date techniques and technical skills to allow you to construct anchors; set up and take down top ropes; and begin climbing outside in a single-pitch setting.
